Experience the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi, through many of the exercise to help improve your health, balance and movement.
This seminar is ideal for complete beginners through to intermediate practitioners, there are sections where the class is broken down into smaller groups to cater for everyone's needs.
The session will cover Chi Qong, Silk Reeling exercises, Chen Form and Push Hands. The duration is 2 1/2 hours, which gives plenty of time to focus on the individual components.
New participants to Tai Chi can gain an understanding of Tai Chi and a feeling of the exercises. Students who attend classes or one to one lessons can really develope a deeper understanding of the exercises and the longer session allows for greater health benefits.
