Why Tai Chi?
 

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art, which is practised around the world for mainly its health benefits.  The exercises with in all the sessions focus on helping the body and mind to become healthier and stronger.  Some of the benefits include:

  • Helps reduce stress

  • Strengthens muscles

  • Improves your immune system

If you are looking to progress to the next level or focus on a specific goal, then this session is ideal. The session is tailored to individual needs to help achieve your goals.

Everyone is welcome to this seminar. If it is the first time you have participated in tai chi or you attend regular classes you will greatly benefit from this three hour session. Due to limited spaces this session must be booked in advance.
